These Terms govern your use of NutriVision. By using the app, you agree to them.

1. What NutriVision is

NutriVision is an AI-assisted calorie and nutrition tracking app. It estimates calories and macronutrients from meal photos and written descriptions using Google's Gemini AI model, and calculates personalized targets from the information you provide.

Not medical advice. NutriVision provides estimates for general informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary, or health advice. AI-estimated calorie and macro values can be inaccurate. Consult a doctor or registered dietitian before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition, eating disorder, or are pregnant or nursing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use NutriVision.

3. Your account

You may begin with guest access. A recoverable email or Google account is required before purchasing a subscription. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity performed through it.

4. Subscriptions & billing

NutriVision offers optional Pro subscriptions. Current localized prices, billing periods, and any eligible introductory offer are shown by Google Play in the app before purchase.
All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not store your payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, via Google Play's subscription settings.
Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer or tamper with the app; use it to violate any law; upload content that infringes someone else's rights; or attempt to abuse, overload, or bypass usage limits on the AI features.

6. Content you submit

You retain ownership of the meal photos and written descriptions you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the app's features, including AI analysis, storage, and displaying it back to you.

7. Disclaimers

NutriVision is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated nutrition estimates may be inaccurate or incomplete. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated nutrition estimates.

9. Termination

You may stop using NutriVision and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
