Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Texts Dev (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use Mockup Maker, its website, and related services.

What stays on your device

Your imported screenshots, product photos, project copy, drafts, generated images, and local generation history are processed and stored on your device. They are not uploaded to us for rendering, advertising, analytics, or AI training. Saving, sharing, device backups, and other actions you initiate are handled by your device and the services you choose.

Information we process

• Account information: an anonymous Firebase user identifier for guest use, or your Google account identifier and email address when you choose Google sign-in.
• Quota information: your Firebase user identifier, daily generation status, reset time, and idempotency records used to enforce limits and prevent duplicate charges.
• Purchase information: product, entitlement, subscription status, and transaction-related identifiers supplied by Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
• Support information: information you voluntarily include when contacting support or requesting deletion.

Why we process it

We use this information to authenticate users, preserve quota across sessions, provide and restore Pro access, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, comply with law, and operate the service. We do not sell personal information or use your screenshots for targeted advertising.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase for authentication, Firestore, and Cloud Functions; Google Play for Android distribution and billing; and RevenueCat for purchase and entitlement management. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Data may be processed in countries where those providers operate.

Retention and security

Local projects remain until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Account, quota, and entitlement records remain while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes. Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days unless retention is legally required. We use platform security controls and encryption in transit, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices

You can use guest mode, choose whether to sign in with Google, delete local drafts, manage sharing permissions, restore purchases, cancel a subscription through Google Play, and request account deletion. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, export, object to, or restrict processing of your data.

Children

Mockup Maker is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in their country. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information.

Website

This static website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or analytics. A future hosting provider may process basic request logs for security and delivery; update this policy before enabling analytics, forms, or additional tracking.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app or law changes. We will post the revised date here and provide additional notice when required.

Terms & Conditions

By using Mockup Maker, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Mockup Maker helps you create marketing graphics from content you provide. You retain ownership of your content and generated output. You grant us only the limited rights needed to provide account, quota, purchase, and support functions.

Your responsibilities

You must have permission to use uploaded images, trademarks, text, and other content. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, bypass quotas or entitlements, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected components, or distribute harmful content.

Subscriptions and purchases

Pro plans are sold through Google Play. The price, billing period, taxes, trial terms, and renewal details shown by Google Play at checkout control your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel them in the Google Play Subscription Center. Deleting your Mockup Maker account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an active subscription. Refunds are governed by Google Play policy and applicable law.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every generated layout will suit every store review or advertising campaign. Platform specifications and policies can change, so you remain responsible for reviewing output before publication.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit or terminate access for material violations, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or risks to users or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing terms

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service operator, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes should first be raised through the support contact below.

Delete your Mockup Maker account

To request deletion, email textsmessaging@gmail.com from the Google email used with Mockup Maker. Use the subject “Mockup Maker account deletion”. If you used guest mode, include the app-generated user ID shown in Settings once that display is available.

After verification, we will delete the Firebase account and associated quota and entitlement mirror records, normally within 30 days. Purchase records held by Google Play or RevenueCat may be retained when required for accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or transaction history. Delete local projects separately in the app or clear the app’s storage; uninstalling also removes local app data.

Support

For privacy requests, account deletion, billing support, or technical help, email textsmessaging@gmail.com. Include the app version and device model, but never send passwords, payment-card details, or private screenshots unless specifically necessary.
