1. Eligibility and permitted use

You must be at least 18 years old to use DocuAction. Only submit documents and personal information you are authorized to send to an online AI service. Respect other people’s privacy, confidentiality, copyright and applicable law.

Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, try to bypass its security controls or interfere with the services it depends on.

2. What the app does

DocuAction helps extract document text, named parties, key fields, duties and deadlines, and provides source-linked information for review. It offers action checklists, reminders, notes, local history, follow-up questions and PDF export. The initial version is designed for documents of up to six pages.

AI features need network access and availability of Google’s services. Processing may fail or be limited. Initial test builds may change and are not a substitute for keeping your original documents.

3. Review every important result

AI can miss clauses, misread names or dates, and produce incomplete or incorrect answers. Compare important outputs with the original source before taking action. A reminder or checklist does not guarantee that every obligation has been identified or that a notification will arrive on time.

DocuAction provides document assistance, not legal advice, a legal interpretation, or a determination of your rights and obligations. Consult a qualified professional when a document requires professional judgment.

4. Your content and account

You retain your rights in the documents you submit. You permit the processing needed to provide the analysis or other action you request, as described in the privacy policy. Protect your account credentials and keep a copy of important original documents.

A guest identity and a recoverable email account are distinct from a document backup. Signing in does not upload or restore local history from another device.

5. Local history and exports

Saved records are encrypted on the original device. Clearing app data, losing the installation’s key or uninstalling can make that history unrecoverable. Export records you want to keep. Copies you share or save outside the app are managed by you and the receiving app or service.

6. Initial testing and purchases

All document features are free in the initial test build. Monthly and yearly Pro cards are placeholders, with checkout disabled. There is no live subscription purchase or payment in this version.

If paid plans become available, the app will show the actual paid benefit, store price and billing period before purchase. Any subscription will be subject to Google Play’s billing, cancellation and refund rules. No future plan or feature is promised by a placeholder card.

7. Availability and changes

We may update the app, change features, apply usage limits or discontinue a service. Except where applicable law provides otherwise, the app is offered as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or error-free AI results. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Deletion and contact

Settings → Delete account clears DocuAction’s local records and reminders and opens the shared account-deletion request form. Submit the form to request deletion of the shared account; uninstalling alone does not complete that request.
